Is re-confirmation needed?
Absolutely not. If you insist we recommend that you call 48 hours prior to check-In by call us or call the hotel.

How I can amend my booking?
Bookings are confirmed instantly, to make changes send us an email to Support@ComoTrip.com,  some hotels are restricted with amendments, we always try our best.

How I can cancel my booking? How long should i wait for refunds?
- Send us an email on Support@ComoTrip.com from your registered email, however we will apply the cancellation policy that you accept prior of booking.
- We will refund the due amount back to the same payment method you paid, this would take 3 to 7 working days.

What are the payment methods you offer? is there hidden commission on payment?
No hidden commission on payment, and available payment methods is Debit Cards and Credit Cards like (Knet – Visa – Master – Sadad – Amex – Qpay – Benefit).

Does my credit card information secure?
Yes, your credit card information is secure and ComoTrip.com is not save those payment information in its database. Moreover our site secured with SSL 256.

Can I pay a deposit for my booking and pay the balance later or at the hotel?
Full payment will have to be made at the time of booking itself.

What is the hotel check-in check out times?
Standard Check in is 15:00 PM and check out is 12:00 PM (Hotel Local Time), some hotels as courtesy show some flexibility.

How can I provide my special requests?
At the time of inserting the travelers names, you will find optional field for special requests, keep in mind all the requests subject to availability and cannot be guarantee.

What currencies does ComoTrip.com accept?
We are accepting USD, SAR, EUR and KWD only.

I have not received the booking confirmation and payment has been charged, what to do?
No worries simply contact us, make sure to provide us some references so we can reach the booking.

Is breakfast included in my booking?
All the inclusions like meal plans, etc. are shown at the time of booking.

Can I check out of the hotel before the planned date?
Yes, However, the cancellation charges will be applied as per hotel policy, we can’t guarantee you the refunds of remaining days unless you get a letter from hotel desk that they do not mind refunding the remaining days.

I will do late check In, should I inform you prior travel date?
Yes, its very important to notify us that you will do late check In, otherwise the hotel may consider the booking as (no show), its mean that guest would not come at all, usually late check in mean after 6:00 PM (Hotel Local Time)

Where do I get contact details for the hotel which I have booked?
You will find it in booking confirmation email and the hotel voucher.

I can’t find my preferred hotel in search results. What could be the reason?
We might not have availability for your preferred hotel for the check in and check out you have selected. In case you are flexible with dates, please select alternative dates.

Do I need to carry some document to the hotel while checking in?
Yes, you will be required to carry the hotel voucher at the time of check-in along with a valid photo ID which should be your passport copy.

How do I book a room that meets my accessibility needs?
While performing a search for a hotel of your choice, there you will be able to find a filter for accessibility needs.
